Jimmy Derrick
Jimmy's involvement in the real estate industry has spanned more than 45 years. His active participation with local, state and national organizations has placed him in numerous leadership positions through the years. He holds his South Carolina and North Carolina Brokers License, his Certified Residential Brokerage Designation (CBB) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
Jimmy is also a licensed auctioneer, conducting real estate and charity auctions throughout the Midlands area. He is known as the Voice of Charity in the Columbia area. Jimmy has raised millions of dollars for various charities to include: Palmetto Health Children's Hospital, Palmetto Health Cancer/Treatment Center, Riverbanks Zoo, March of Dimes, the Heart Ball, Edventure Children's Museum, Lexington School District 1 Foundation, Lexington/Richland School District 5 Foundation, and many other charities in the Greater Columbia area.

Laura Derrick
Laura is a Columbia native, born and raised. She attended the public schools & graduated from Clemson University with a BA in Early & Elementary Childhood Education. She taught second and third grades in Lexington District Five before changing careers. She has been a licensed REALTOR® for the past 29 years, specializing in the Greater Columbia, Irmo/Chapin/Lexington and Lake Murray areas.
Laura has consistently been a top producing agent and has enjoyed participating in many leadership positions on the local and state levels. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute designations.
Over the years she has been successful in establishing wonderful relationships with her clients based on honesty, integrity, and results. She enjoys being a full-time professional Real Estate Counselor.

Rebecca Walker
Rebecca joined The Derrick Team in 2021 after becoming a licensed Realtor license in 2020. Her strengths come from a background in sales, fundraising and restaurant management. She received a Bachelors Degree from the University of South Carolina in Public Relations and Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism Management. She is a lifetime native of Columbia, South Carolina where she resides with her husband, William and daughter, Stella.
She belongs to the Central Carolina Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.
